I'm not one for words - images are my forte - nor am I one for talking myself up.
Growing up I was always into art, be it drawing or design out-of-this-word space ships from Lego. After graduating I decided to pursue a career in law. It wasn't long before I knew college was not for me; at that moment I dropped out and began the lifestyle as a starving artist. Today I sit in the position as Creative Consultant with the Vernon Morning Star where I far exceed all challenges thrown at me. My calm nature and creativity, even under the tightest of deadlines, has made myself a popular choice for all Sales Reps to work with and I am counted on daily to come up with the "unique", the "different", and the "unusual". I find myself pushing the boundaries on everything I do; when it comes to my hobby as an amateur photographer I dig deep into imagination to transform the ordinary in to the extraordinary. From an obscurely paint-balled wedding dress, an upright piano sitting amongst the waters to an elegant bride perching the crest of tormenting wave - my passion is to leave those with a memory that digs deeper than a two or three dimensional image, but instead capture and leave them with a desire to imagine more, to feel more and to remember more. |
